Yeah, I tried to return a shade I didn't like but had already opened the box, and they said no go. Unused, unopened is usually the rule for most places with cosmetics.

From my experience, usually about a week to 10 days to the west coast. They're pretty good about getting it out fast though.

I've used both Indus Valley and byPureNaturals, and for hair color, I actually prefer byPureNaturals. Their shades seem more consistent for me. Kama Ayurveda is great for skincare but I haven't tried their hair color.
